Ankit Khanal is a research enthusiast whose fields of interest are migration, human development, and development economics.

At NIPoRe, he manages field works of different projects as a Field Coordinator. Ankit holds a Master's degree from the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Tribhuvan University in International Relations and Diplomacy.

He was a Research Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University under a BRI scholarship. In addition, Ankit has also a proven experience in high school teaching.
