SAURAV Thapa Shrestha

Saurav is currently working for NIPoRe as a Design Consultant, where he looks after the communication designs of various publications.

Saurav is a visual communicator. He is the co-founder of Everything Creatives (EC) Pvt. Ltd., a design agency based in Nepal. At EC, he focuses on building brand identity and print/publication designs. He has seven years of professional experience in graphic designing and has worked and collaborated with more than 20+ businesses/organizations to explore their potential through visual communications. Previously, he served as a General Secretary of YUWA [2018-20], a youth-led organization dedicated to youth empowerment. Besides work, he’s a Shaper at Global Shapers Kathmandu Hub. He is a passionate photographer with a joy for travel, people and culture. In addition, he is interested in research, social media and outreach, community development and documentation.

He has a Bachelor in Development Studies from National College.



Prabhat is working as a Digital Developer, currently based in Melbourne, Australia. He has been supporting NIPoRe’s IT team to better manage institution’s website and other online details since 2019.

He attended the University of Wollongong for a graduate course in Project Management and the University of Northampton for an undergraduate in Software Engineering. Earlier, he completed his school level education and A-Levels from Budhanilkantha School in Kathmandu, Nepal.

He has been working in the IT sector since 2017 working in different capacities for the Nepali and foreign firms.

JURIA Sato Bajracharya

Brief Profile:

Juria works as Research Intern Non-Residential at NIPoRe under the Center for New Economy and Inequality (CNEI). She is a young professional in the social impact and global development space. She supports government engagement projects across South Asia and has worked on projects aimed at scaling-up nonprofit impact in West Africa.

She has built an extensive undergraduate research portfolio in development issues pertinent to low- and middle-income countries and worked on a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects including experiences of violence among students with disabilities in educational settings, female labor participation in ageing economies, among others.

Juria is passionate about developing sustainable solutions for complex social issues. She was educated in and has conducted research across Ghana, Zambia, Abu Dhabi, London, and New York City. Previously, she was part of a team leading and managing a college mentorship program for 20+ students across Africa.

Juria is Japanese-Nepali and was raised in Kathmandu. She graduated with a BA in Economics from New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).
